When we start to grow old, one of the first things we learn in life is entropy, but I learned of it when I was 9. It’s scientific, and we all rather hope that is metaphysical but, it’s inevitable and definite.
Our present playback mode in living is mostly inspired by our innate desire to move forward in the express lane. We try to cover vast areas as we can and discover as many possibilities as we could. And in our yearning to propel ourselves into greatness, it’s fated that we will all fall down and find ourselves into deterioration. Unfortunately, learning of it early in life caused me to see things in a perspective of degradation. In which the peak of success means downhill from there on and that the glass of water is not really half empty but would totally empty out soon.
