Wasted Download

I’m waiting for a download to be completed, but its taking forever to finish so far it has downloaded 40% of what seems to be an eternity worth of a program. But anyway, it’s a reason I guess to post, and I think its good one.

There will be a sort of get together party for the former Telenat CSR’s this Saturday, and too bad I think I’m gonna miss it because of a training I should attend. I’ve been a supervisor for almost a year now but I haven’t really attended a program on where they train upcoming supervisors on basic, well supervisory tasks. Everything I know so far has been self-taught and mostly I learned from asking around with some supervisors I know. I still say it’s not that much, but I’m glad they’re having this training now. Too bad the last day of the training will hit an event that we have been planning for months. Well, you can have it all right? Win some lose some, as what I used to say. Not a reason to frown about though. I guess I can still go at least for a while. Tambok and I were talking about maybe we can go there earlier and at least how the party would look like and at least get in touch with them guys. Hopefully, no one would just bail out on the last minute as they always do.

I should be sleeping, instead I’m here in front of a computer blogging well in fact in just a few hours from now I’m gonna be at work again in front of a computer doing the routine working class exercise of this poor politically obliterated economy that we have. Damn, sometimes a sleep is a luxury I cannot afford anymore. I don’t know what happened. 59% of 1 file downloaded, 46:53:009 remaining and counting. Whoever invented dial-up, will get some when I see ‘em. I’ve already managed to post a testi for Gladys, which I think is still short but don’t worry dude ill add more once I get some good snooze, and probably can think more clearly. Right now I think I’m blabbering cyberspace style. Its 3:00 pm now and I should be at work by 11:00 pm, I guess its gonna be a 15 minute race again from QC to Makati. What the heck we do it every night anyway. Again, the dial-up inventor will really get a lot. I got disconnected again and it interrupted my download and now I’m back to who knows how many percent of my download. Something tells me I should give it up now and maybe just do it in the office when the tech guys aren’t looking.

I got a chance to grab Foo’s latest LP, In Your Honor. I’ve only listened to the half of the album but I say its one of the best concoction Grohl has ever blended so far. Its my fourth Foo Fighters album, (I got the Self-titled, The Colour and the Shape, There is nothing Left To Lose all on tapes) and I say its wicked mate. It’ll probably be humming on my player for quite a while.
