Here we go again...
So our country’s at it again, trying to bury itself more into an indefinite deepness. I got to give to the self-proclaimed caretakers of our democracy, the so-called preservers of moral standards in our pathetic excuse of a government. They have been, so far, successful in pursuing what they think is best for the country… crap… We’re not that dumb to know what their real motives are. Straight up black propaganda and traditional bad politicking.
Well, for those who don’t know yet what I’m talking about. Well, the united oppositions (who have actually not been united in their opinions and political agendas) has been pushing Gloria Lavandera for weeks now to resign her presidency following the simultaneous controversies that has been swarming her current regime.
I have always believed that personal political ideals should not be discussed or talked about in any casual forum (unless your drunk I guess and nobody would give a damn of what you’re blabbering about), because I don’t want to alienate others on their beliefs, plus I haven’t exercise my right to suffrage. But I’m fed up, and I just want to tell you about it.
So the opposition, whom ironically don’t have an actual leader, is united on just one thing, their eternal hatred to La Gloria. They’re the same people crooning around during EDSA dos about the forceful removal of Erap. And of course, just recently the Balimbings who have just withdrew their support for GMA. You can go ahead and read the names in the papers (I don’t want to mention any coz I’m still aware about Libel), and I guarantee, these are the same politicians, with nothing good to do but bring about controversies kuno against the current administration just for plain politics, and I failed to mention are mostly Eraps cronies.
I’m also tired on the fact that only Manileňos, dictates the fate of our country, in which they have been in the past three decades of avenue revolution(EDSA). They should stop and start to think that Manila does not represent the whole majority beliefs and opinion of la isla Filipinas. I wonder what they would think if mayor Duterte of Davao will actually push through with the whole idea of a Federal Republic of Mindanao, and pulling away with Philippine republic. The idea maybe is absurd but they have the money, the flag, and an anthem and a large support of their people.
Crazy time it is… Most of the time we always get what we want, from way too much democracy. But what we want is not what we need, we don’t need politicians, we need leaders.
